Measure the outside of the frame. Both size limits apply.

The drop-off/pick-up box is under the Window HQ sign at 28052 Camino Capistrano, Suite 112, Laguna Niguel.
- Leave your window screens in the box.
Label them with your first and last name so we can match them to your message. Window screens only—no screen doors.
- Text us to check in.

For online check-in and payment, scan the QR code on the box or open the drop-off portal.
The 24-hour turnaround applies to eligible window screens dropped off before noon, subject to materials and any additional repairs. We’ll call or text when your screens are ready. For drop-offs after noon, contact us to confirm timing.
